UK Data shows more COVID-19 ER visits and Deaths Among the Vaccinated

Public Health England published its COVID-19 vaccine surveillance report
Week 38. The data covered is from  December 8, 2020, to September 19, 2021 (week 37).

The report talks about the effectiveness of the vaccines against COVID-19. They used a statistical tool, the number of cases/deaths/100,000 vaccinated, to support their claim. The higher the denominator, the smaller the resulting cases and deaths. The percentage of people vaccinated in the UK is for dose1 and 2 are 64.9% and 59.5% respectively.

However, looking at the raw data, more vaccinated people have severe COVID-19 and deaths than the unvaccinated.

More Vaccinated Patients in the Emergency Rooms Present with COVID-19

The vaccinated are defined as those who received one dose and two doses.

The table below shows that there are more vaccinated people with COVID-19 sick enough to be admitted to the hospital in the emergency room. These are the ones with low oxygen levels, unstable vital signs, or have lethargy.

I calculated the percentages between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated using the data from the report. It is presented in the table below.

The data where the percentages are derived are from Table 3 of the report.

More covid-19 Deaths Among the >60 years old who are Vaccinated

The rate of death among the 50-59 years old who are vaccinated and unvaccinated are almost equal.

The definition of COVID-19 deaths in the report is “COVID-19 deaths (a) within 28 days and (b) within 60 days of a positive specimen or with COVID-19 reported on the
death certificate”. The deaths report is in Table 4 of the report below.

covid-19 deaths may not be from covid-19

Looking at the Table that I made that showed the percentage of deaths,  there are more unvaccinated who died with COVID-19 among the 18-49 years old. Those cases may not have died primarily from COVID-19 but from other causes. That’s because the definition of death in this report is broad as it includes “deaths within 60 days of a positive specimen, or if COVID-19 is mentioned anywhere in the death certificate.

That means if someone is COVID-19 positive and then had an accident, committed suicide, and became a victim of homicide or other unrelated medical illness 60 days later, that case will fall under the COVID-19 deaths.

COVID-19 treatment in the UK can be better

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in the UK published COVID-19 rapid guideline: managing COVID-19. It covers the management of COVID-19 for children, young people, and adults in all care settings. You can see the whole report here.

Inside the report, the treatment for early COVID-19 is only symptomatic. There is no mention of early treatment with ivermectin in the whole guideline.  Why? There have been many clinical studies showing the effectiveness of ivermectin against COVID-19.

c19ivermectin.com lists all the ivermectin studies for COVID-19. If ivermectin is used in the UK for COVID-19, the emergency room visits and COVID-19 deaths will plummet. The UK can learn from its former colony.

Ivermectin Use results in Low COVID-19 numbers and  deaths in Uttar Pradesh

The line graph below depicts the number of COVID-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh, India, from June 2020 to August 15, 2021. The shaded blue under the line are the number of new COVID-19 cases. Early this year, the new COVID-19 cases reached almost 35,000 a day!

Then they started giving ivermectin to the COVID-19 patients and their family and all their contacts. The result is a significant drop in cases.
