💪 Strength Is Doing What’s Right—Even When It’s Hard
Fr. Ripperger reminds us that true manhood isn’t about comfort—it’s about sacrifice, self-mastery, and responsibility. In the same way, true health is not found in shortcuts or convenience, but in the daily choice to do what is hard but right.
If you want to stay strong—physically, mentally, and spiritually—you must be willing to:
- Say no to alcohol, smoking, and other destructive pleasures
- Control your cravings—especially for sugar, processed food, and late-night indulgence
- Get up and move, even when you’re tired
- Train your body and discipline your mind with regular, consistent effort
Doing these things isn’t always easy, but easy choices make a hard life.
Hard choices, made daily, build a life of health, strength, and service.
This is how we become men who can carry the load, not add to it—who serve our families, not burden them.
Choose strength. Choose sacrifice. Choose health.
