It is always said that the modified RNA in some of the current vaccines like the ones from Pfizer and Moderna will not change your genes because the RNA cannot become DNA.
The main dogma is that DNA → RNA → proteins and not RNA → DNA.
However, RNA can become DNA if there is a polymerase theta or Polθ.
A study published in Science Advances in June titled, Polθ reverse transcribes RNA and promotes RNA-templated DNA repair, showed that human Polθ could change or reverse transcribe RNA to DNA.
The question now is, Will Polθ change the modified RNA in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines into DNA? This is important because the spike DNA that will be produced can now enter the nucleus, be incorporated into the genes, and thus make the Pfizer and Moderna vaccinated people a perpetual spike protein factory.
The information about Polθ adds to the other study described in his article, SARS-CoV-2 RNA can Change Human Genes that show that RNA can be changed into DNA using the reverse transcriptase in the long interspersed nuclear element-1 or LINE1 of human cells.
If the spike protein becomes part of the gene, then the immune response against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and the potential autoimmunity will last for a lifetime.
