Pfizer COVID shot makes human liver cells produce SARS-CoV-2 spike DNA

It was always said that the mRNA COVID shots do not integrate into human genes because the COVID shots contain messenger RNA and humans have DNA in our genome. The RNA will need an enzyme called reverse transcriptase that is not in the shots for it to become DNA. And that is why the RNA will not change into DNA and thus will not combine with human genes. That’s the argument.

The study from Lund University in Sweden published in February 2022 says otherwise.

The journal Current Issues in Molecular Biology peer-reviewed and published Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line shows the spike protein RNA in the Pfizer shot can become DNA.

The research needed actively dividing cells, which is why they used the Huh7 cell line. Huh7 cells were initially taken from a liver tumor in a 57-year-old Japanese male.

In the research, Huh7 cells were cultured with or without increasing Pfizer BNT162b2 at different concentrations. (0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 µg/mL) for 6, 24, and 48 hours.

The Pfizer BNT162b2 jab is given a series of two doses three weeks apart, and each dose contains 30 µg of BNT162b2 in a volume of 0.3 mL, making the local concentration at the injection site at the highest 100 µg/mL.

Findings

1. The liver cells showed SARS-CoV-2  RNA

The BNT162b2 mRNA readily enters Huh7 cells at a concentration (0.5 µg/mL) corresponding to 0.5% of the local injection site concentration, and within 6 hours, reverse transcription of BNT162b2 can be detected.

Reverse transcription is the conversion of RNA to DNA. Once the RNA of the SARS-CoV-2 becomes DNA, it can combine with the human genome.

The figure below shows the amount of the Pfizer BNT162b2 RNA genes detected in the liver cell lines at 6, 24, and 48 hours. The Control (Ctrl) group are liver cells that were not exposed to the Pfizer RNA. Note that there was no RNA increase in the control groups.

Housekeeping genes mentioned in the graph’s x-axis are involved in cell maintenance and present in all cells. The increase of the BNT162b2 RNA levels relative to the housekeeping cells suggests that the increase in the RNA is only for the Pfizer shot.

What made the SARS-CoV-2 RNA become DNA? The study looked at the level of Long interspersed nucleotide elements or LINE-1. LINE-1 can change RNA to DNA. In the study, the LINE-1 levels increased in the liver cells exposed to the Pfizer shot.

2. Pfizer BNT162b2 increases LINE-1 levels

The figure below shows the levels of LINE-1 genes in the liver cells that increased at different doses of 0.5 (V1), 1 (V2), and two µg/mL (V3) of BNT162b2 for 6 (green dots), 24 (red dots), and 48 h (blue dots).

3. DNA derived from the Pfizer BNT162b2 goes up

The last part of the study showed higher DNA levels that resulted from increased RNA and LINE-1. This time, they used electrophoresis to detect DNA.

The image below shows the BNT162b2 DNA levels in base pairs (bp) at 6, 24, and 48 hours. Notice the absence of the DNA from Control (Ctrl) 1-6 again.

Summary

This in vitro study shows that the RNA in the Pfizer shot goes to the liver cells immediately and is converted to DNA in liver cells.

Our results indicate a fast up-take of BNT162b2 into human liver cell line Huh7, leading to changes in LINE-1 expression and distribution. We also show that BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA in as fast as 6 h upon BNT162b2 exposure.

Significance

A foreign protein like the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the liver can elicit an immune response and explain autoimmune hepatitis previously reported. [2][3][4][5] Autoimmune hepatitis is when the body’s immune system attacks and damages the liver. You cannot live without a liver.

The authors also raised the possibility of genotoxicity that can lead to cancer. A 72-year-old British woman developed liver and stomach cancer after her COVID-19 shots. I know someone in her 50s who just died of rapidly progressive liver cancer.

Could the BNT162b2-derived DNA be included in the human genome? It is theoretically possible, but studies have to be made to show that.

  1. The final stage is that a fragment of a protein generated by the mrna re-enters the cell and starts the reverse transcription. Alternatively put, you become part bat. Check us out revolution.radio 3pm ET every sunday

  2. Thanks for publishing this. It should be on the front page of the New York Times, except that oh yeah, this is a huge money-making venture.

I don’t agree with the title, unless you know something the rest of us don’t. Each of the vaccines approved in the USA (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J) is only supposed to produce a copy of the spike protein, not the entire virus.

The J&J vaccine is DNA-based, which is scary in itself. As you know, the RNA in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines is supposed to be degraded within a few days. We don’t know if the spike protein in the DNA in the nucleus actually gets incorporated into the human genome but it’s a distinct possibility. Either way, DNA can last a lifetime. If the immune system recognizes what cells are producing the spike protein continuously, that leads to an auto-immune attack. We all deserve the option of getting a traditional vaccine which contains neither RNA nor DNA.

    1. The ability of the mRNA in the Pfizer shot to be changed to DNA and combine with the human genome is the result of the study. I intentionally did not say DNA in the title of the article because it can be confusing since the SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA virus. That is why I used the word ‘gene’
