Intermittent fasting for Post COVID Vaccine Syndrome: Autophagy

Post-COVID vaccine syndrome is a constellation of adverse events after the COVID-19 vaccination. These adverse events commonly include myocarditis, strokes, and sudden deaths.

The underlying causes are clot formation, autoimmunity, and exuberant inflammation due to the toxic spike protein made by the body after getting the mRNA shots (Pfizer and Moderna).

In this article, I will present how autophagy, the body’s recycling system, can eliminate the spike protein, the root cause of the post-vaccine syndrome.

The Persistence of Spike Proteins

The mRNA in the COVID shots is translated in human cells into spike proteins that will elicit an immune response to the SARS-CoV-2. The Centers for Disease Control claim that the mRNA “vaccines stay in the body for a short time.

However, a study published in Clinical Infectious Disease showed that the spike protein could last for 56 days.[1].

The Journal of Immunology printed research showing that the spike protein can be found in exosomes for as long as four months after the second injection.[2]

Another peer-reviewed research showed that the S1 of the spike protein last as long as 15 months after COVID-19 in  CD16+ monocytes. Note that these studies can only conclude for the duration of their research. Thus the spike proteins may last longer than reported.

The whole Spike protein or its segments can cause illness

The spike proteins or their segments are enough to cause blood clots, inflammation, and lung damage. [4]

Trial Site News discussed leaked emails where the Pfizer employees voiced their concerns about the presence of segments of the RNA of the spike protein in the shots that can result in adverse events.

The Spike protein in the Human DNA

Fact-checkers always write that the mRNA shots do not combine with the human DNA without presenting any scientific study to back their claim. They stay with the central dogma that DNA is transcribed to RNA, and the RNA is translated to proteins, and that’s it. They ignore reverse transcription, the process where RNA is reverse transcribed into DNA.

In the review article by Tomislav Domazet-Lošo, mRNA Vaccines: Why Is the Biology of Retroposition Ignored?, the author asked why the field of mRNA vaccinology is ignoring RNA reverse transcription? Below is a quote with the original reference links.[5]

Whether the current vaccine mRNAs could integrate into the genome, and by which frequency, has to be ultimately demonstrated using experiments.

However, it remains puzzling why and how the mRNA vaccinology field neglected the retroposition biology of L1 retroelements and its theoretical links to possible vaccine mRNA retroposition, especially when one considers the volume, visibility and significance of the L1 [,,,,,,,] and retroposition research  [36,,,,,,,,,,,,,].

The L1 is short for Long Interspersed Nuclear element or LINE 1. L1 can reverse transcribed the spike protein RNA into DNA. That DNA, called a retrotransposon, can then combine with human DNA.

I wrote about it in April 2021 at LINE1 can make spike mRNA become part of the human DNA back when the research was still in preprint. It is now peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science.

Another study showed that the Pfizer COVID shot makes human liver cells produce SARS-CoV-2 spike DNA. Spike protein is “foreign” to the body and will elicit an immune response. This may explain the rise of hepatitis recently.

Now that we have defined the spike protein problem, how do we get rid of it? No medicine can pick out and remove the spike protein in the human body, but we can use autophagy that occurs with intermittent fasting.

What is Intermittent fasting?

Intermittent Fasting (IF) is an eating habit where periods of no caloric intake are observed between meal times. The period may last 12 to 72 hours, and sometimes longer. Water, black coffee, unsweetened tea, or bone broth are allowed during fasting. In the absence of food, autophagy occurs.

Autophagy

The word autophagy came from auto, meaning self, and phage, which means “to eat or digest.” Without caloric intake and new amino acids, the body breaks down damaged, useless, and even precancerous cells. If allowed to persist, those cells can stimulate an immune response and inflammation due to their altered protein structures to cause disease.

The amino acids recovered from the cells are recycled to make new cells for any organ in the body.

Example of autophagy

People who had bariatric surgery have to eat small meals frequently because of their small stomachs as a result of the surgery. They have excess skin dangling on their upper arms and lower abdomen, which may need cosmetic surgical correction.

In contrast, you won’t see that in someone who has lost a lot of weight by doing intermittent fasting. Skin is made of proteins, and any excess is reabsorbed in the system, and the amino acids are reused to make other proteins

Spike protein and autophagy

New stem cells are also made, which can mature into any cell and go to an organ that needs cells for repair. The new cells may have less of the spike protein as retrotransposons diminish with cell division. [6]

The spike protein from the SARS-CoV-2 or the COVID “vaccines” is not a normal protein of the human body and does not participate in essential body functions. Therefore, once it elicits an immune response, its purpose is over, and it becomes a target for autophagy during intermittent fasting.

How long do you have to fast to remove the spike protein?

Intermittent fasting should be done as long as the retrotransposed spike protein is in the DNA. That means for the rest of your life.  However, intermittent fasting lowers the risk of heart diseases and cancer. Improves, if not reverses, diabetes and extends the life span.

It is also possible that the spike proteins in human cells may decrease with time. A mouse study showed that retrotransposons are magnitudes higher initially but diminish with time. This may be because they have a negative effect on fitness. Thus, as the cells divide and multiply, the retrotransposons get excluded. [6] But we don’t know that for sure for humans. Time will tell.

The I-RECOVER Post Vaccine Protocol

The Front Line Covid Care Critical Alliance (FLCCC) formulated the I-Recover Post-vaccine treatment protocol to guide treatment for adverse events following the COVID-19 “vaccines.” Intermittent fasting is one of the primary interventions in the I-RECOVER protocol.

Before starting intermittent fasting, talk to your doctor if you are on heart and diabetes medications. Some medications may need adjustment and close follow-up is needed.

The following article discusses how fasting renews the stem cells that make blood.
