Intermittent fasting results in new and stress-resistant the blood cells

Viruses degrade the immune system

The biological virus is similar to a computer virus. As the computer virus corrupts the instructions in the computer’s operating system by inserting instruction codes,  so does the organic virus. The genetic sequences from the viruses are inserted into the body’s immune cells and negatively affect the immune response.

An example is shingles. After a chickenpox infection in childhood, the varicella-zoster virus hides in the nerve cell body by changing the response of the immune cells. Consequently, the virus gets ignored and lays dormant for years.

Once the immune response weakens, typically because of stress or the COVID injections, the chickenpox virus begins to replicate and infect the nerve tract and the surrounding skin to manifest as shingles. The Ramsay Hunt syndrome of Justin Bieber is an example of shingles. 

Shingles are one of the most common reported adverse events of the COVID shots, with 14,404. Why so many? Because shingles manifest outside the body and are easily noticeable.

But inside, other effects of a defective immune system, like cancers, take months to detect, and the symptoms can be like other benign conditions. You also need a competent and compassionate doctor who will listen to you and order the proper tests.

Cancer

Dr. Ryan Cole has reported a “20 times increase” in cancers since the shots started. Of course, fact-checkers were out in full force to discredit him. Who will you believe? Let’s see what the cancer experts say. 

The American Cancer Society (ACS) projects 1,918,030 new cancer cases and 609,360 cancer deaths for 2022.[1] To compare:

  • In 2021 there were 561,529 cancer deaths [2]
  • In 2020 there were 602,175  cancer deaths [3]
  • In 2019 there were 599,601 cancer deaths [1]
  • In 2018  there were 599,274 cancer deaths [1] 

The ACS report did not explain the projected rise of 47,831 cancer deaths for 2022, and it omitted the 2021 and 2020 cancer deaths in the report. That is why I sourced 2020 and 2021 from deadorkicking.com.

Deadorkicking.com gets its data from official government sources like the CDC, Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, and the United States Census Bureau. The 2018 and 2019 cancer deaths on deadorkicking.com are the same as the ACS report.  

The human immune system is always on the lookout for cancer cells. The immune cells mercilessly destroy any cell with an altered protein or damaged DNA. But, if the immune cells like the natural killer cells and macrophages are defective, cancer cells proliferate. 

Immune cell changes post COVID shots

In the COVID shots, an atypical nucleotide called pseudouridine is used to enhance the immune response. The problem with that is it negatively affects the innate immune system. That is why people who recently got the COVID injections are prone to SARS-CoV-2.

The CDC defines the “fully vaccinated” as those who had the shots more than 14 days ago. The CDC used that strategy to hide the statistics of the recently vaccinated who got COVID under the “unvaccinated group.” You can read more about that at:

The paper Innate immune suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccinations: The role of G-quadruplexes, exosomes, and MicroRNAsene discusses the reduced Type 1 interferon response after the  COVID injections that impairs tumor surveillance and leads to cancer spread.

Blood stem cells renewal

We make an average of 200 billion red cells per day, 10 billion white cells per day, and 400 billion platelets per day

These cells arise from hematopoietic stem cells (HSC). HSCs can differentiate into several kinds of blood cells. The image below shows the different types of blood cells from the HSCs.

The neutrophils, monocytes, basophils and eosinophils, mast cells, and natural killer cells are parts of the innate immune system. The natural killer cells, T cells, and B lymphocytes are members of the adaptive immune system and secrete Type 1 interferon.

The immune response suffers if those cells are damaged, and diseases arise. Additionally, if the stem cells are corrupted, ineffective cells can emerge from them too. So how do we get rid of them? There are no drugs that can do that. 

Fortunately, there is an inexpensive, safe and effective way to renew blood and stem cells. And it is backed by research.[5]

Fasting renews blood stem cells and makes them stress-resistant

Without caloric intake, the body breaks down defective, damaged, and dysfunctional cells into their component amino acids for recycling. That process is called autophagy, and it also happens to stem cells. 

The study, Prolonged fasting reduces IGF-1/PKA to promote hematopoietic-stem-cell-based regeneration and reverse immunosuppression showed that fasting for 48 hours causes a decrease in the stem and white blood cells by about 28%. The ones that are imperfect and unfit are the first to go.

Fasting makes stem cells stress-resistant

After refeeding, the new stem cells and the produced white blood cells are more stress-resistant. They found that out by exposing those cells to cyclophosphamide, a cancer chemotherapy drug.

Cancer drugs can damage and deplete blood cells, making cancer patients anemic and prone to infections. But in this study, the stress resistance improved even with multiple cycles of fasting and chemotherapy challenges.  

Those findings have applications not only to those getting chemotherapy but also to those suffering from the post-vaccine syndrome. It is like having an immune system overhaul. 

Fasting reverses the effects of aging on the blood

As we get older, the lymphocytes decrease in number, affecting immunity. That is one reason the elderly are more prone to infections and cancers. 

In the same study, fasting reversed the effects of aging on blood cells, and it did so by increasing the lymphocytes. The findings are secondary to the down-regulation of the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and the protein kinase A (PKA).

Fasting reduces IGF-1 and PKA signaling, resulting in the renewal of the blood stem cells.

In summary, fasting can reset the white blood cells and the immune system, and at the same time, it removes the toxic effects of spike proteins.

Intermittent fasting does more than autophagy. As Hine and Mitchell [6] stated,

 … no single drug can effectively mimic the coordinated effects on gene expression, hormones and metabolism that can be achieved by simple yet pleiotropic dietary interventions such as fasting. 

It is not surprising that intermittent fasting also lowers the risk of cardiovascular conditions and treats diabetes and many other diseases
