My name is Dr. Jesse Santiano. I own and write all the articles on this website. I’m adding a video format on drjessesantiano.com, and this will be the first.
In this video, I will explain what I believe, the best way to avoid the complications of spike proteins, namely premature deaths, cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and autoimmunity, to name a few.
To do so, I will first discuss the conditions in the human body necessary for spike protein complications.
Correcting those underlying conditions can decrease your risk of dying not only from spike protein complications but also from the most common causes of death.
Spike Protein Concerns
The most commonly read articles on my website nowadays are about removing spike proteins in the body.
Those articles about spike protein removal are about bromelain, NAC or N acetylcysteine, nattokinase, and intermittent fasting.
The good news about taking them, NAC, bromelain, and nattokinase, is that they also take care of cardiovascular risks like preventing blood clotting, decreasing free radicals, protecting the arterial wall, and lowering blood sugar.

This worry about the spike proteins is understandable because many (tab)of the rise in deaths, cancers in the less than 50 years old, and autoimmune diseases.

However, even the unvaccinated may not be free of the spike protein.
Spikeopathy Conditions
Studies have shown that a SARS-Cov-2 or COVID-19 infection can implant the spike protein in the body, especially in severe cases.
The spike proteins have the same effect in COVID-19 and the jabs
But, more than the spike protein is needed. An ideal condition should exist for the spike protein to announce itself.
High-Risk People during Pandemic and Non-pandemic times
At the beginning of the pandemic, the phrase “high risk” was consistently applied to those with diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obesity, and the older age group.
Those deadly diseases have something in common. They all have metabolic syndrome.
Metabolic Syndrome
Metabolic syndrome consists of hypertension, high blood sugar, high blood triglycerides, low HDL, and obesity
These conditions lead to chronic inflammation in the body because of the free radicals and inflammatory cytokines floating around.
Chronic inflammation is deadly.
Top Causes of Deaths
Here are the top ten causes of death in the US for 2021 according to the CDC.
Other countries will have the same in different orders.
They are heart diseases, cancer, COVID-19, unintentional injuries, stroke, chronic lower respiratory diseases like COPD and emphysema and asthma, Alzheimer’s disease, and chronic liver diseases like fatty liver and kidney diseases due to hypertension and diabetes.
Nine out of the top ten causes of death have the same underlying conditions that lead to a higher risk of dying from spike proteins. Whether you got that spike protein from the infection or from, you know what.
Spike protein and inflammatory State
Going back to the spike protein, it is a foreign body, and the immune system will get rid of it by the process of inflammation
An inflammatory condition is like putting a lighted match on dry kindling and firewood. Fire starts easily.
However, if there is an underlying chronic inflammation, meaning lots of free radicals, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis, that small inflammation will start a big fire.
Similar to putting a lighted match on gasoline.
On the other hand, if you apply a lighted match on wet wood, no fire will start. At least not right away and your body will have ample time to get take care of that spike protein.
Don’t have chronic inflammation
If I want to lower my risk of dying early or developing spike protein problems, I don’t want chronic inflammation.
In addition to taking whatever medications are prescribed, I will fast, watch my one-hour blood sugar after meals, and exercise.
I will lose weight if I’m overweight, lower my blood pressure, increase my HDL or good cholesterol by exercising, and monitor my blood sugar even if I’m not diabetic with proper diet and exercise.
Checking the one-hour-after meal or postprandial blood sugar is recommended even if you do not have type 2 or adult-onset diabetes.
A High One hour After-Meal Blood Sugar Test can Lead to Several Deadly Conditions
Many do not know that they are pre-diabetic. It would help if you understood that pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes are both prone to developing atherosclerosis and CVD.
And those with pre-diabetes can develop diabetes later if they do not control their blood sugar.
I’m Only Pre-Diabetic, So I’m Still OK, Right?
Lowering blood sugar, especially the one-hour after-meal blood sugar, is essential in lowering blood pressure, losing weight, and eliminating excess amounts of free radicals in the body that cause inflammation.
After-Meal Blood Sugar Control
I list the articles below about one-hour and two-hour postprandial or after-meal blood sugar.
The target is a blood sugar of under 155 mg/dl or 8.6/mmol/L for one hour and 140 mg/dl or 7.8 mmol/L at two hours.
Why the Post Prandial Blood Sugar?
So if fasting blood sugar is a criterion for metabolic syndrome, why am I focusing on the one hour blood sugar?
That’s because several studies have shown that one hour after meal blood sugar is better predictor for determining the future risk of type 2 diabetes and other conditions than the two hour after meal, the HbA1c and the fasting blood sugar.
You can find the studies in this article.
And if you are wondering why there is not much emphasis on main stream medicine on the after meal blood sugar, it is because it takes several years before research findings gets translated to clinical application.
Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting Reverses Endothelial Dysfunction
Intermittent fasting and exercise can also stimulate autophagy.
Without caloric intake, the body breaks down foreign molecules like the spike protein and precancerous, previously infected cells, and damaged cells to recycle the amino acids.
Autophagy – How to Recycle Yourself
Exercise shortens the period of fasting needed to trigger autophagy increases the HDL, and cleans up the arteries.
Exercise alone can induce autophagy
Coffee can also stimulate autophagy.
Can you still have spike protein complications without any of the mentioned conditions?
The answer is yes in my personal opinion. There may be other things we don’t know about the spike protein.
Conclusion
So, in conclusion, If someone lowers their blood sugar and blood pressure, loses excess weight, and exercises, they can lower their chances of dying prematurely not only from spike protein complications but also from the most common causes of death.
