DNA Contamination of Pfizer mRNA Shots

The testimony of Dr. Phillip Buckhaults in the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee sheds light on why autoimmune diseases, cancers, and many other complications happen after the COVID-19 mRNA jabs.

Who is Dr. Phillip Buckhaults?

Phillip Joe Buckhaults, Ph. D., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Drug Discovery and Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Carolina, where he does cancer and genomics research.

Dr. Buckhaults and his co-workers are experts at “detecting foreign pieces of DNA in places where they’re not supposed to be, even if they’re real low levels.” They invented the test to detect SARS-CoV-2  in the saliva during the pandemic.

DNA in the mRNA shots

The main problem is the detection of plasmid DNA in the mRNA shots that should not be there.

In previous vaccines, if DNA gets mixed with the vaccines, they are quickly destroyed by the immune system.

However, if the DNA is enclosed in a lipid nanoparticle, like in the Pfizer shots, it prevents the destruction of the DNA outside the cells and makes it likely to get inside the human cells and be part of the human genome.

How did the plasmid DNA get in the Vaccines?

Dr. Buckholts et al. used the sequences of all the little pieces of DNA in the vaccine to reconstruct the actual sequence of where it came from.

The source is the plasmid used in the production of the mRNA (pBK-CMV modified to contain the spike gene).

The DNA in the vaccine is a contaminated leftover from the process used in large-scale production.

The DNA was not present in the material used in the trials because the process of making the stuff was different and did not use the plasmid DNA.

DNA Lengths

The lengths of the plasmid DNA  detected are mostly short. There are about 100 to 120 base pairs, but some reach 500 or 5,000.

However, the probability of DNA integration into the human genome is not related to its length but to its number.

The graph below shows the distribution of the lengths of DNA seen in the Pfizer shots. Most are in the 100 base pair lengths.

So, if the number of DNA matters more than the lengths, this begs the question, how many DNA plasmids are there in a dose?

There are hundreds of different types of DNA sequences in each dose. For every injection of the mRNA jab, there are about two billion copies of each piece.

The lipid nanoparticle may encapsulate about 200 billion plasmid DNAs in a single dose.

Effects of Plasmid DNA

  • Autoimmune Diseases due to permanent modification of human cells
  • Cancer due to the possibility of the DNA interrupting a tumor suppressor gene or activating an oncogene (gene that promotes cancer)
  • Cardiac Arrest

Conclusion and Recommendations

Someone, preferably many, sequence DNA samples from those vaccinated to confirm if the theoretical risk has happened.

The government should insist that the US FDA force Pfizer to get the DNA from the booster shots and all future mRNA-based vaccines.

Regulatory changes must be made to disallow DNA in mRNA vaccines.
