Persistence of mRNA vaccine in the Heart

This article presents a study that showed that the mRNA in COVID-19 shots can persist in the heart among those who died within a month after the shot.

Nature’s NPJ Vaccine published Duration of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine persistence and factors associated with cardiac involvement in recently vaccinated patients in September 2023.

The authors are from the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

In the study, an autopsy was done among  20 post-vaccinated patients who died within 30 days of getting the shots. The control group consisted of five non-vaccinated patients.

Seven vaccinated patients received mRNA-1273 (Moderna), and 13 received BNT162b2 (Pfizer).

The vaccine mRNA was detected in the hearts of three who died within thirty days of vaccination.

The mRNA was detected using a PCR test that they developed that can detect the mRNA sequence of the Pfizer and Moderna shots.

Can the mRNA sequence be from a COVID-19 infection?

The short answer is no. The SARS-CoV-2 virus has an envelope protein (E), nucleocapsid (N), membrane (M), and spike (S) protein. The mRNA shots contain only the sequence for the spike protein and not the E, N, or M protein.

After injection, the body makes the spike proteins from the mRNA sequence. Only the spike protein was present in those who died, not the genes for the E, N, and M proteins.

No Myocarditis seen

When I first saw the study, my thinking was that the mRNA vaccine in the heart caused myocarditis that led to the death of the patients. Not so.

In the three patients who died with detected mRNA vaccines in their hearts, there are scars and signs of healing and macrophages.

According to the pattern of the scars in the heart muscle, the authors believe that the injury to the heart muscles was due to the patient’s underlying diseases and not from the vaccine since the scars existed before the first vaccinations.

Among the three patients who died with detectable mRNA vaccine in the heart, one died from a brain bleed. The second died of heart failure, and the third died from a heart attack.

None of the patients showed signs of myocarditis in the heart. Myocarditis typically involves younger people. 59±1 is the age range of the people with mRNA vaccine in their hearts.

To the authors, the mRNA may go to the heart muscle during a heart attack.

Another possibility is that the myocardial injury was associated with
microvascular permeability changes that allowed circulating
vaccine to more efficiently enter the myocardium.

Comments

Foreign proteins inside the heart muscles elicit an immune response and inflammation, making the heart m pump less. Something you don’t want in an organ that has to be working well 24/7.

When a person is ill, they need a well-functioning heart. Their test showed that the mRNA came only from the COVID-19 jab. With that, I say that the gene therapy shots contributed to the patients’ deaths.

In their discussion, they said, ” In none of the vaccinated patients was the cause of death linked to the vaccine.”

Table 1 in the supplementary data revealed below shows the causes of death among the vaccinated on the left and the unvaxxed on the right. The difference looks significant to me

I cannot say the mRNA shots caused the deaths of the vaccinated, although there is published evidence that shows that they can bring about or worsen the medical conditions as written below.

What I can definitely say about the table above is that getting an mRNA shot increases the risk of dying from an underlying disease.
