VAERS Data: Neurodegenerative Diseases after COVID Jabs

This article shows VAERS data I obtained today, March 23, 2023. I looked for the number of cases of neurodegenerative diseases after all types of COVID jabs in the US from 2021 to present.

Before looking at the VAERS data it is essential to remember the Lazarus report by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care that said in 2010,

Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported.

Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.

So, any number you see below, multiply by 100 at least. I suspect that deterioration of brain function may not be as heavily reported as myocarditis or severe allergic reactions since the presentation is gradual and takes months to develop.

By the time the diagnosis is made, the association with the COVID jabs may be forgotten.

Neuroinflammation occurs due to the spike proteins produced by the mRNA (Pfizer, Moderna) and the vector-based vaccines like the AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson.

The spike protein elicits an immune response in the periphery, disrupts the blood-brain barrier, and once in the brain, incites an inflammatory response. Amyloid formation can also ensure[1]

If a person already has a neurodegenerative disease, it can get worse. I heard talks from many doctors that their Alzheimer’s patients get worse after COVID-19 and after the shot.

They consequent amyloids and prions produced can lead to Alzheimer’s disease (amyloid beta), Lewy Body Dementia or Frontotemporal dementia and Parkinson’s disease (alpha-synuclein protein) and Creutzfeldt-Jacob Disease (CJD) (prion proteins).

The reason I wrote this article is not to fear-monger but to raise awareness. Recently I posted an article about a man whose Parkinson’s symptoms improved with nattokinase. Parkinsonism resolved by Nattokinase

 Lewy Body Dementia – 81 reports

Lewy body dementia causes a progressive decline in mental abilities. People with Lewy body dementia might have visual hallucinations and changes in alertness and attention. They can also have symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, such as rigid muscles, slow movement, walking difficulty, and tremors.

Lewy bodies are abnormal proteins that are distinct in this disease.

Dementia and Dementia of Alzheimer’s Type

Alzheimer’s Dementia (AD) presents gradually. However, there are reports that people who have preexisting AD will have worse symptoms after COVID-19 and COVID shots. It is usually associated with high mortality because, being elderly,  they have a limited physiologic reserve and many comorbidities.

There are 378 dementia and 81 cases of dementia of Alzheimer’s Type.

Parkinson’s Disease

Parkinson’s disease presents with resting tremors of the hands, a shuffling gait, and an emotionless facial expression that we call a blunt affect. With time, all movements become rigid, and the movement’s smoothness disappears.

The reporting is VAERS for Parkinson’s has several categories, so I included them all.

First, you cannot walk, then you cannot talk, then you can’t swallow. It is a terrible disease.

Parkinson’s disease 119, Parkinson’s Disease with Psychosis – 1

Parkinsonian Gait –  4 cases

Parkinsonism manifests as tremors, bradykinesia (slowed movements), rigidity, and postural instability. They are the four motor symptoms found in Parkinson’s disease.

Frontotemporal Lobe Dementia

Frontotemporal Lobe Dementia involves the front part and lateral part (temporal) of the brain. People with frontotemporal dementia have changes in their personalities and become socially inappropriate. They might be impulsive or don’t seem to care. Others lose the ability to use language correctly and say offensive words.

Amyloid Dementia

Amyloid-Related Imaging Abnormality- Microhemorrhages and hemosiderin deposits – 1

I included this because the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein can form amyloid in the blood vessels and the brain.

Amyloidosis 15, Senile amyloidosis -1, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis – 68

Amyloid formation in the brain is a feature of Alzheimer’s disease. It is also called senile amyloidosis.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), or Lou Gehrig’s disease, is when all motor function becomes lost. Stephen Hawking had ALS.

Creutzfeldt-Jacob Disease (CJD)

Creutzfeldt-Jacob Disease – 16 cases. CJD is a prion disease. A paper by Luc Montagnier et al. reported 26 cases of CJD after the COVID vaccines, 23 by mRNA, and three after AstraZeneca.

Brain Fog – 4

Brain fog is probably underreported. People with this problem may have other adverse reactions or cannot think very well to make the report.

Case Descriptions

The following are copied from VAERS reports.

Rapid memory decline

1997507 -76 M Two weeks after the second dose, my father started having memory issues. He also rapidly aged. From May 30, 2021, to January 1, 2022, he has aged in looks and is very frail.

He’s fallen several times, sleeps over 15 hours a day. Appetite is not great. Lost about 15 pounds. His memory has deteriorated greatly within the last 4 months.

He has no pre-existing medical issues. He was and is on no medications. We had bloodwork done and everything came back normal. I believe this vaccine is what has caused dementia to escalate at a rapid rate.

Example of rapid progression of dementia leading to death

85 M Patient received one dose of the covid vaccine. The patient died approx. one month after the first dose.

The cause of death was noted to be end-stage dementia and failure to thrive. Reporting per instruction.

Parkinsonism in a young female

A 32-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in the arm left, administration date 11Feb2021 (Lot number: EL9265, Expiration Date: May 2021) at the age of 31 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunization.

The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. The following information was reported: tremors, PAIN IN EXTREMITY, INSOMNIA, “body was shaking, could not sleep”; FEELING ABNORMAL.

She said she felt pressured to get it.”; PARKINSONISM onset 2021, described as “Shaking like Parkinson’s type of shaking.” The patient has completed the two doses of Covid shots, and she is currently pregnant in her 1st trimester; she had Covid in mid-January.

Conclusion: investigation results: The complaint for lack of effect of the PFIZERBIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE lot EL9265 was investigated.

Brief report – 66 M Patient developed a left-side Parkinsonism tremor after the second Moderna dose. 

New onset Parkinsonism

36 Female. Second dose on 11/9/21- tremors after two weeks in right hand getting greater than tremors from first one, extra lethargic, swelling on left ankle, constant headache (waking up and going to sleep with one), fevers up to 104 (a sign of neuroinflammation), high BP 210/140, woke up 12/5/21 with left side tingling, then facial paralysis, the.

The entire left side of her body was paralyzed, and later that week, developed stutter/slurring of speech, and Parkinsonism. Diagnosed with central sensitization syndrome, PNES, FND – never exhibited any of the symptoms before shot

Worsening of Parkinson’s Disease

224617 71 Male Acute worsening of atypical Parkinson’s syndrome; Acute worsening of atypical Parkinson’s syndrome. 71-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Spikevax, Moderna) for COVID-19 prophylaxis.

Concurrent medical conditions included Parkinson’s syndrome (1-year history of tremor hands (right side more than the left), which occurred while at rest or performing actions.

Around the same time, the patient noticed a decline in fine motor skills, particularly with handwriting, which became more unsteady and difficult to read.

A few months after that, the patient began to experience changes in gait that continued to progress and had become more prominent in the last six months.

The patient described these changes as a mixture of weakness and “unsteadiness” in which his legs would freeze and would lose balance, often falling).

On an unknown date, the patient received a second dose of mRNA-1273 (Spikevax) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Spikevax) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form.

On an unknown date, the patient experienced PARKINSONISM (Acute worsening of atypical Parkinson’s syndrome) (seriousness criteria death and hospitalization), CONDITION AGGRAVATED (Acute worsening of atypical Parkinson’s syndrome) (seriousness criteria death and hospitalization).

The patient did not have a well-known past medical history, as the patient had not seen a physician in the past 20 years.

While the patient had not sought prior medical advice, the patient did admit that noticed changes in health in the year preceding this admission.

However, a few hours after receiving the second dose of his COVID-19 vaccine, his weakness began with increased “unsteadiness” and difficulty ambulating.

That evening, when he tried to get into bed, he fell and could not get up. The next morning patient was at the hospital for further workup. Upon examination, it was noted that he had a resting tremor, severe rigidity, and bradykinesia, with the right side significantly more affected than the left.

I presented the reports from the VAERS to give the human side and not just statistics. There are probably many others that did not report, particularly the elderly.

Neurodegenerative diseases after COVID-19 and its “vaccine” are more common than we know.
