This article is a continuation of Dr. Alexandra Henrion Caude’s presentation at the PANDEMIC STRATEGIES, LESSONS, AND CONSEQUENCES in Stockholm, Sweden, on January 21 – 22, 2023.
Läkaruppropet, a group of doctors and researchers calling for reducing restrictions and improving the protection of risk groups, made the conference responsible.
Yesterday, I published the first part of Dr. Alexandra’s talk, Genetic changes by the mRNA shots can be passed to future generations.
Alexandra Henrion Caude, Ph.D., is a geneticist whose research has focused for 30 years on how the environment impacts our genes, including our RNA, in childhood diseases.
After earning her Ph.D. in Paris, she trained at Harvard Medical School. She became tenured by the French National Institute of Health in 1998 and was appointed Director of Research until 2019.
She later moved to Africa and founded the SimplissimA Research Institute in Mauritius to identify simple, sustainable, low-cost, and ethical health solutions.
The last part of her talk is about the lessons learned, how to repair the vaccine damages, and why the COVID shots should be stopped.
I put comments in parentheses and added some of my articles about the subject.
The content and images of this article are from Dr. Alexandra’s talk. I looked up her sources, listed them in the reference section, and provided links in the titles.
A. Lessons from the Pandemic
1. micro RNA 2392: For diagnosis and treatment target
Micro RNA or miR are non-coding RNAs found in humans and plants that affect gene expression and influence pathways related to viruses and diseases.
A study found that miR-2392 is a potent signature for COVID-19, and its over-expression produces inflammation and low oxygen and promotes many symptoms associated with COVID-19.[1]
Detecting miR-2392 in the urine and blood of patients with COVID-19 can be a viable alternative and more comfortable than PCR testing thru the nose. The same study also showed that miR-2392 could be a treatment target for COVID-19.[1]
2. Honeysuckle for COVID treatment
Honeysuckle is used in traditional Chinese medicine. Studies have shown it is effective against influenza, enterovirus (causes diarrhea), dengue, varicella-zoster (chickenpox), SARS-CoV-2 and other human coronaviruses.
Zhou et al. showed that honeysuckle inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication.[2]
Early in the pandemic, I wrote about traditional Chinese medicine for COVID-19. Honeysuckle was one of them. Traditional Chinese Medicine as Treatment for Covid-19
Honeysuckle is available on Amazon: Honeysuckle Tea Wild Lonicera Japonica Loose Buds Dried Flower Herbal Tea Jin Yin Hua 100%
3. Early treatment with antibiotics
SARS-CoV-2 started in early 2019, way before the official declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Since March 2019, the SARS-CoV-2 has been circulating in Spain, Italy, France, Brazil, the US, and France.

- Evidence of early circulation of SARS-CoV-2 in France: findings from the population-based “CONSTANCES” cohort
- NIH study offers new evidence of early SARS-CoV-2 infections in US.
But why was COVID-19 unnoticed? Because, at that time, there were no lockdowns, and sick people had no fear of going to the hospitals. Furthermore, there were no restraints in providing adequate treatment to people with pneumonia.
A 2008 paper that analyzed the influenza pandemics from 1917, 1957, and 1968 concluded that early and aggressive treatment of secondary bacterial infections with antibiotics and intensive care could save most patients.[3]

B. Repair Vaccine Injuries
The causes of COVID shot injuries are the following:
- Ingredients – lipid nanoparticles, contaminants like stainless steel in Moderna shots found in Japan
- Spikopathy
- Altered Immunity
- The bolus theory by Marc Girardot is about the cumulative effects of different vaccines to cause side effects (Guillan Barre, myocarditis, tinnitus, etc.) no matter how small the dose.
In November 2021, Dr. Alexandra became sad because most of the people she talked to about not taking the vaccine had the shots. (I know the feeling.)
She coined the word Spikopathy. Her theory has been confirmed by studies that showed that spike proteins are made in the human body after the shots.
I wrote about those studies.

- Pfizer COVID shot makes human liver cells produce SARS-CoV-2 spike DNA
1. Bromelain and NAC to get rid of spike proteins
Bromelain and acetyl-cysteine may be THE treatment with honeysuckle. Dr. Alexandra (and I) are not saying that it could cure them, but it is worth a try.
Läkaruppropet Ref: [5]Bromelain and Acetylcysteine Combined Destroy SARS-CoV-2 spike protein
Amazon sells Bromelain at 1700 mg/capsule and 500 mg/capsule.
The least expensive NAC ($0.15/count) with 4.5 stars and more than 10,000 reviews is NOW Supplements at 1,000 mg/capsule.

2. Nattokinase
Nattokinase is not part of Dr. Alexandra’s talk, but I add it here since it can also break down the spike proteins like the bromelain and NAC combination, as shown by in vitro and animal studies.
- Nattokinase Degrades the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein
- Another Study shows Nattokinase can Destroy the S1 Spike Protein
Nattokinase is available on Amazon. The most reviewed with more than four stars rating and priced reasonably is Doctor’s Best Nattokinase
3. Glycine and NAC
Vaccine-injured people tend to have accelerated aging and mitochondrial issues due to oxidative stress, mitochondrial oxidation, inflammation, insulin resistance, endothelial dysfunction, genotoxicity, decreased physical ability, and deteriorating cognition.
Kumar et al. showed that Glycine and NAC supplementation could address all those issues.[6]

3. Stop the Shots
We have enough evidence to show that these vaccines are not good. In Cleveland Clinic, with 50,000 people working in the hospital, the cumulative incidence of COVID-19 when you have zero doses is lower than a dose with one, two, or more doses.
The UK’s Office of National Statistics data on mortality between 01/21-10/21
- Vaxxed teens aged 15-19 were statistically three times MORE LIKELY TO DIE than Unvaxxed teens.
- Vaxxed children aged 10-14 were statistically 52 times MORE LIKEY TO DIE than Unvaxxed children.
Do not vax the children! Do not do this experiment! We know it from mice experiments! We know it from human experiments!
A mice study published in iScience showed that extended immunization suppressed the formation of germinal centers, which is the source of B cells that make antibodies.[8]
A study in humans published in Lancet showed that the effectiveness of repeated vaccination in preventing COVID-19 goes below zero.[9]
Below zero means the vaccine does not protect but harms the immune system.[9]
I wrote about the paper – The rise and rapid decline of 3 COVID vaccines’ effectiveness against severe disease and deaths.
I will add that class-switching of the antibodies to IgG4, which is anti-inflammatory and tolerates SARS-CoV-2 instead of fighting, is another mechanism. Science Immunology published that research.[10]

- Three Studies Link High IgG4 to Severe COVID-19
Conclusion
Watch what we put in our bodies. Adam and Eve knew it, and they knew it would impact future generations.
Fear not and do not comply with the infernal three-time waltz: 1. Fear 2. Social distancing 3. Vaccines as a unique solution
Vaccine injuries – The new public health threat. The challenge for all is “true” and organized collaborations.
